The fitness program within the Department of Campus Recreation allows students and faculty/staff members the opportunity to workout in a multitude of different ways.

In accordance with Governor Cooper’s extension of Phase II, the Student Union Fitness Center and Carter Gym will remain closed but are tentatively scheduled to reopen Monday, September 14. 

Recreation programs (Intramural Sports, Club Sports, Group X Classes, and Open Recreation events) will begin taking place the week of August 24. Check out those pages for details.
