Our Facilities

Student Union Fitness & Wellness Center

(Starting January 12th, 2021)

    • Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM
    • Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

*Reservations required. You will not be admitted into the facility if you have not made a reservation.

How to make a reservation for the Student Union Fitness Center:

  1. Visit the Campus Recreation portal: campusrec.campbell.edu 
  2. Once on the portal, select the Intramural widget. Log in using your Blackboard username and password.
  3. Select the Intramural Sports icon, which will redirect you to IMLeagues. 
  4. To the right of the Campus Recreation logo select the Reservations tab.
  5. Scroll through the calendar to the day, time, and floor you would like to reserve.
  6. Select sign-up. Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email.
  7. When you arrive for your reservation, you will check in on the designated floor where you registered.  *You must have your ID and face covering!

Other notes regarding reservations:

  1. Reservation will be made for either the first floor (weights/strength training floor) or second floor (cardio/aerobics floor) and will be 1 hour and 10 minutes in length.(Group Fitness Class reservations will remain separate).  
  2. There will be 10 reservations spots available per floor per hour. 
  3. Each individual will only be able to make 1 reservation per floor per day (example: Participant X may reserve the first floor from 7AM-8:10AM and second floor from 8:30AM-9:40AM in one day). There will 20 minutes between each reservation hour for equipment to be cleaned and  disinfected.
  4. If you reserve a spot in the fitness center and do not check-in for your designated time… 
    • First Offense: Email warning notifying that a reservation time has been missed. 
    • Second Offense: Suspended from reserving space in the Fitness Center for 1 week.
    • Third Offense: Suspended from reserving space for the reminder of the semester.
