About me: Hello! I grew up in High Point, North Carolina, as a competitive gymnast and competed for seven years. During my undergraduate career, I became a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor and have taught many classes including Cardio interval training, muscle pump, kickboxing, Zumba, Pilates, Absolution, and Barre. I have been teaching barre for almost two years now and trained at Recharge Pilates and Barre in Durham, NC. Currently, I am in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program here and Campbell and use that knowledge in my classes to create safe and effective workouts. Contact me via email if you have any questions about the class! I look forward to meeting you soon!
