Space Reservation

The first step to reserving a space on campus is to complete the online Campus Event Request form. Both Campbell University and non-Campbell University-affiliated individuals and groups may submit a campus event request.

The Conference and Event Services Office reserves the right to accept or decline space requests.

About Conference & Events Services

Campbell University’s Conference and Event Services Office is a central place that coordinates conferences, events, camps, and summer programs on the main campus of Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC. The office collaborates with Campbell University departments, groups, and public/private entities not part of Campbell University to schedule, plan, and coordinate conferences and events on the main campus. This includes reserving venues, preparing, and implementing any contracts, agreements, and insurance requirements as it pertains to a conference or event. The Office also implements and invoices for any facility rental and/or service charges that are needed for a conference or event. This includes any charges from campus departments that supply any type of support to a conference or event.
