Are you interested in animals? Do you have a pet? As a member of the Pet Hall learning community, you will broaden your awareness and knowledge of owning a pet. Visits to a Veterinary hospital along with other educational excursions will give you the opportunity to learn more about your pet and caring for your pet. Social activities and service-learning experiences enable you to interact with your other learning community members and upperclassmen while serving our community.
The ideal student for this RLC is one who:
- Has a love for animals
- Interested in veterinary medicine
Activities:
- Tour of a veterinary related facility
- Pet Parade during Homecoming
- Pet movie night
- Pet excursions
- Bring your pet Baseball/Soccer game
- Service events (Humane shelters)
- Partner with Athletics adopt a pet tailgate
