The Transfer Learning Community provides a supportive environment for transfer students to successfully transition into Campbell’s culture and community. At Campbell we recognize that the needs of transfer students vary significantly than those of incoming freshman, and it is our hope that all transfer students feel the inclusion and pride associated with becoming a Camel. Members of this community will live together in Luby Wood Hall.
Students participating in the Transfer RLC will:
- Engage in specialized programming focusing from the needs of Transfer students
- Create a bridge between your community college experience and your Campbell experience
- Build a network of peers with the common experience of transferring
- Connect with campus resources and support
- Find success in your chosen major
- Feel academically and socially connected to Campbell
The ideal student for this RLC is one who:
- Has transferred from a 2 or 4-year higher education institution
