Psychology & Culture in Europe

This year the program will include the Passion Play in Oberammergau! This incredibly historically and culturally significant play is only performed every 10 years (and was rescheduled due to COVID19) so it is a very special part of the itinerary, unique to this summer!

The two-week History of Psychology program can follow your WINS courses in Vienna! In Germany, explore the famous sites in Berlin such as the Topography of Terror Museum, the Berlin Wall Memorial, and the Psychology Department at Humboldt University! Travel to Leipzig to visit the Wilhelm Wundt Room at Leipzig University and experience a performance by the St. Thomas Choir. Visit the Dachau concentration camp.

Courses:

  • PSYCH 480: History of Psychology
  • Psychology of Music: WINS Course taught by Dr. Street
  • Option to take other Webster (WINS) courses from their catalogue

Courses can fulfill Social Science core requirements.

Courses can fulfill Psychology degree requirements.

Estimated program fee: $5,000 for Vienna portion, $3,200 for travel portion

Includes ground transportation, housing, excursions and some meals.

Student who take 2 WINS courses can receive a $1,000 flight credit!

Tuition not included. 3-9 credits will be Summer billing.
