Retirement Plan Summary Annual Report

The DOL requires the Summary Annual Report to be distributed to all plan participant to provide a narrative summary of the plan’s financial status and to inform participants that they have the opportunity to request to see the full annual report (this includes the Form 5500, all schedules and the audit report).
