Waive Student Health Insurance

Campbell University provides the policies and processes for waiving student health insurance coverage.  Students with existing coverage under a personal plan may opt out of student insurance.  Only full-time Main Campus Undergraduate, CPHS and CUSOM students are required to either submit a waiver with proof of existing coverage or enroll in the student insurance plan.

Domestic Students

Health insurance information for domestic undergraduate, graduate and professional students.

Main Campus Undergraduate students registered for 12 or more credit hours in a single semester are required to carry a health insurance plan that provides coverage while in the state of North Carolina.

Those without existing health insurance coverage and/or those who wish to participate in the Campbell University insurance plan need to enroll themselves online at the link below.  Enrollment is annual by default but is billed per semester to the student account.  Coverage is effective August 1 – July 31.

Students need to enroll themselves online as soon as possible to prevent delays in receiving an insurance card.  We will enroll students who have not submitted a waiver at the close of the portal, but this will not be finalized until mid-September in the fall and mid-February in the spring.
