Graduation Checklist

  1. Meet with your academic advisor to review your graduation eligibility
    Review your course credits, degree plan, and graduation eligibility

  2. Apply for graduation
    Take the first step to graduation by applying for graduation online

  3. Request to participate only (not graduate) in commencement under special consideration
    To qualify for the “6-hour rule” special consideration, undergraduate candidates must first complete a graduation application and next complete a ‘Request to Participate in Commencement’ form which is located in the Registrar’s Office or with a Campus Graduation Auditor. Graduate students need to speak with their Program Director to see if they would qualify.

  4. Complete the Senior Survey
    Complete the survey that will be distributed to each senior at Campbell University by the Office of  Career Services.

  5. Order your cap, gown and hood (If applicable )

  6. Check that your name and participation is correct on the Application Received List.

  7. Check with the Business Office to be sure all tuition & fees are paid
    Student account should be fully paid to avoid financial holds that will prohibit you from being allowed to participate in the ceremony.

  8. Attend the Graduation Brief
    To be held April 2 at 4pm in Lynch Auditorium on Main Campus. While we will go over general information the first half of the meeting, the second half will be geared toward those participating in the Main Campus Saturday ceremony.

  9.  Check for the logistics for your ceremony.

NOTE: You may order your cap/gown, any announcements,  rings or other associate merchandise in the Fall with the Spring Grad Fair (April 2). The May Ceremonies will be held May 7-9, 2020. Further information can be found on the Ceremony Information page.
