What are Resident Chaplains?
Resident Chaplains (RCs) are upper classmen or graduate students of Campbell University who work in the Office of Spiritual Life and alongside Residence Life to provide a pastoral presence and pastoral leadership in every freshman residence hall on campus.
RCs provide spiritual growth and faith development in each hall through Bible studies, small groups, involvement in campus ministry events, and service projects.
Resident Chaplains are a visible and known presence in the first-year residence halls and are a critical piece of the first-year experience helping students transition into the Campbell community. RCs work to create a place and environment where students feel a sense of welcome and belonging
