Cycle60- This hour long spin class incorporates a variety of drills including sprints, hills, mixed terrain, recovery, and weights. This class is great for building strength and endurance! Instructors: Moli, Cora-Ann

Dance Fitness- Dance Fitness is a high intensity workout class with a dance party atmosphere full of motivating beats and today’s hit music. The workout is watch and follow, and uses fast and slow songs for interval cardio training as well as body-weight training that focuses on toning the legs, abs, glutes and arms. Dance Fitness uses great music combined with multiple different dance styles that guarantees a great time and workout. Instructor: Madison

Fitness Friday- This class will feature a variety of weight training and circuit training to get a great workout in a shorter time frame. This workout class will be more than just a workout though! We will provide bits of fitness and wellness education as we go, lots of fitness motivation to keep you coming back and consistent, and as we get to know each other I can individualize the workout to suit your specific needs and help everyone feel like they are getting a great workout and that they are on track to becoming their best self! Hip Hop Fitness- Hip hop fitness is a high energy class using dance choreography to provide a full and entertaining cardiovascular workout. This fitness class makes cardio fun and gives a club like atmosphere without leaving the fitness room. The primary goal is to burn calories including hip hop movements that tone your arms, legs, and core. It gives a satisfying experience that builds confidence in your dance moves. Instructor: Malia

HIIT Bootcamp- HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and this Bootcamp style class is designed to be an INTENSE workout. In this class, EVERY DAY is a NEW ADVENTURE! Our workouts range from intervals, to circuits, to AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible), and so much more! Each class will vary in equipment and exercises to bring you a combination of cardio, strength, and endurance training. Kickboxing- Cardio kickboxing is a high energy cardio workout designed to get your heart rate up while learning how to kick, jab, uppercut, and hook your way to awesome fitness! This class varies on any given day, we do kickboxing combinations, circuits, strength training, intervals, and partner work- everything you need to become a great kickboxer! Power Hour- The goal of this workout is to build muscle and keep the heart rate up in a total body workout experience. The lower body, upper body, core will all be worked with some occasional cardio thrown in. This is a great workout to break a sweat and to feel empowered as you get stronger! Instructor: Cora-Ann

Pilates- This basic mat class will focus on foundation exercises which will work up to Pilates exercises utilizing basic principles and PLR (Post Lateral Ribcage) breathing. Variations and modifications will be available to advance or ease these mind/body movements. The core will be worked greatly throughout this slow paced class. Pilates will help develop lean muscle and better posture and flexibility! Instructors: Nicole, Sarah

Power Pilates- Power Pilates is a high-energy workout class that incorporates motivating music, powered pilates, yoga, and constant fun. We do the workout as a team and not to worry, whether you need a power hour or a modified hour, this is the class for you. We power it out for an hour and wind down at the end with yoga. The class contains a variety of movements including lean body-weight training, a bit of cardio, yoga, and mind-awareness training. All together this class focuses on toning the entire body and having a good time while doing it. Power Pilates uses a variety of music choices and muscle movements that will keep you coming back for more. Instructor: Chelsy

STRONG by Zumba®- Are you ready to get STRONG? This class is a HIIT workout that uses interval training and “Synced Music Motivation.” The moves are driven by intensity of the music to help you push past your perceived fitness limits to grow and strengthen your overall fitness level. It is unlike any other format of HIIT in the group fitness world and will work out your ENTIRE body! Fun Fact: you can burn calories up to 48 hours AFTER taking this class! Yoga- All of our Yoga classes are designed to focus on stretching and breathing to ultimately relax and unwind our bodies and minds. Poses and flows are used to strengthen, stretch, and open the body and calm the mind. Each of our instructors adds their own twist to their Yoga classes but all are open to everyone from any fitness level or experience level. Instructors: Nicole, Martha, Cora-Ann 

yoga clip artNicole’s Class Focus: From sitting at a desk all day to carrying a bag full of books, we are hard on our bodies.  With a constant flow of information, we also stretch our brains to the limits.  We need to take time to help our bodies heal and our minds unwind. Cue Yoga!  The classes will  focus on poses and routines that will help you recover from stresses and attack the rest of the day with renewed energy.  These classes will mix several styles of yoga and are suitable for ALL LEVELS!  While each session will be different, the focus will always be on rest and recovery with a ton of fun and laughs whenever possible.  

yoga clip artMartha’s Class Focus: Christian Yoga Class – A Spiritual Practice – is a traditional Hatha yoga class. Each session will focus on the physical postures, including alignment and holding each asana to improve flexibility, strength, and concentration. This prepares you to relax the body and mind for deeper spiritual practices through savasana and meditation. This class will include postures, breathing, relaxation, and a Christian meditation.

Zumba®- Want a fun workout that involves dancing? Zumba is the right class for you! Intertwining salsa, cumbia, reggatone, merengue, and plenty of other World and Latin rhythms makes for a unique fitness atmosphere; including aerobic interval training with fast and slow music and solid fitness moves.
