Housing Application Access
New Student Application Access
New students will fall into one of two categories, priority and general, which will dictate when your access to the housing application begins. All students must complete a housing application to be considered for occupancy of Campbell University housing.
 

Priority Housing Application Access
New students who were admitted to Campbell University by November 15, 2025, and paid their Enrollment Deposit by January 15, 2026, will gain access to the housing application beginning February 17, 2026.

General Housing Application Access
Students who do not meet the requirements for all other new students will gain access to the housing application beginning February 24, 2026.

Returning Students Application Access
There will be a single access start date for returning students.
After submitting the housing application, you must pay the $100 housing deposit by February 24, 2026, to participate in the initial housing selection process.

Residency Requirement

All undergraduate students (including 4/1 MBA candidates) are required to live in on-campus housing for 6 consecutive fall and spring semesters (3 years) unless granted approval to live off campus by the Office of Residence Life & Housing. Exceptions are students who are 21+ years of age or will be 21 during the first 10 days of classes, married, or commuting from the primary residence of a parent within 30 miles of the main Buies Creek campus.

Full-time undergraduate students who would like to live off-campus should submit a request for approval.
