Returning Student Room Selection 2024

The Fall 2024 – Spring 2025 Returning Student Housing Application is now open.

Step 1: Complete your Housing contract, pay your $100 Housing Deposit, and create your roommate group beginning Monday, February 5, 2024.

Apply for HousingRequest Approval for Off-Campus Housing

Step 2: Select your room & add your meal plan beginning March 12.


Room and Meal Plan Selection Dates

  • February 5-28: Returning students complete the Housing Application/Contract and pay the $100.00 Housing Deposit to be eligible to participate in self-selection that begins March 12.
  • February 26-March 1: Community Assistants walkthrough Housing Selection Process with residents at Hall Meetings.
  • March 12-14: Residents living in Bob Barker, Faculty Memorial, Fraternity & Sorority Houses*, Jones*, Luby Wood, Powell, Stadium, and Pet select their room and roommates.
    *Only residents currently in Fraternity & Sorority Houses or Jones who will not live there for the 2024-2025 school year will choose rooms.
  • March 19-21: Residents living in Burkot, Small, McCall, and Pat Barker will select their room and roommates.
  • March 26-28: Residents who submitted their Housing Application after the February 28 deadline will select their rooms and roommates.
  • March 29-August 19: Students who apply March 29 or later will be placed on a weekly basis.

  • Faculty Memorial Commons Apartments
  • Fraternity and Sorority Housing (By invitation only)
  • Jones (By invitation only)
  • Luby Wood
  • Pet Hall (unfurnished)
  • Stadium Apartments
