Anonymous and obscene telephone calls are a violation of the University’s Code of Honor, the Student Code of Conduct and the state and federal law. Persons who make such calls can expect the University to pursue aggressively their criminal prosecution and disciplinary action through the Student Life Office.
Persons receiving anonymous and/or obscene telephone calls should report them to the Campus Safety Office. An investigator will arrange to have a tracer placed on the phone line so that the caller can be identified.
The Campus Safety Office will assist the recipients of anonymous and/or obscene calls in the criminal prosecution of offending callers and in bringing the matter to the attention of the Vice President for Student Life and Christian Mission for appropriate disciplinary action by the school.
