Ways to Practice Emotional Well-Being

  • Become more aware of your own emotions and your reactions
  • Learn to express your feelings in appropriate ways. Reflect on the ways you currently express your feeling and if the impact is positive or negative. 
  • Participate in meditation, yoga, journaling, or spending time in prayer. 
  • Engage with and utilize campus resources like counseling services to understand how you can process your own emotions.
