Residence Hall Team
Area Coordinator (AC)
Area Coordinators are full-time employees who have completed at least a bachelor’s degree. ACs supervise Community Managers and Resident Assistants while also providing support to residents regarding day-to-day concerns and facility concerns.
Community Manager (CM)
Community Managers serve to both engage and support residents in the same ways that Resident Assistants do while simultaneously providing leadership to the Resident Assistants under their supervision. They have been an RA for at least one year before becoming a CM and they report to a designated Area Coordinator.
Resident Assistant (RA)
Resident assistants are current undergraduate students who have attended Campbell for at least one year. They are responsible for facilitating a safe and engaging environment in the residence halls and/or apartments on campus. RAs help build community engaging residents through programming, support, and upholding university policy.
