The Willard B. Harris Baseball Scholarship

Grantor:  Willard B. Harris.  This scholarship is awarded to a student(s) who are members of the Campbell University Baseball Team and /or to such incoming student(s) who are to become members of such Team.  Candidates for this scholarship should be individuals of good character who indicate an interest in obtaining a college education, who have athletic skills acceptable to the Coach of the Baseball Team, and who agree to uphold the principles of conduct expected by the Administration of Campbell University.  Donor specifically requests that this scholarship fund be available to qualified applicants irrespective of the financial need of the applicant, and that the recommendations of the Baseball Coach constitute a major factor in the selection of the applicant to who the scholarship is awarded.  All scholarships so awarded shall be awarded in accordance with the rules and regulations of the National Collegiate Athletics Association and of that NCAA Division in which Campbell University is eligible to participate, as from time to time amended, and any provision contained herein which is in contravention of such rules and regulations shall be deemed null and void ab initio, and other provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect.*

STUDY ABROAD

The Campbell University Student Government Association Study Abroad Scholarship

This scholarship was set up by the Campbell University Student Government Association, Ryan Jones, SGA president elect.  This scholarship is to be awarded to a student(s) who desire to participate in the domestic and international study abroad programs, and who meet the following minimum requirements:  (1)  scholarship recipients must have minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5; (2) the study abroad program must be approved by the Campbell University Study Abroad Program Director or the Study Abroad Committee; (3) the scholarship will be applicable to domestic or international study abroad programs; (4) recipients must take at least 6 semester hours while studying abroad; (5) recipients must have completed at least 24 semester hours before the semester to be studied abroad; and (6) applicants must show financial need when applying for the scholarship.*
