Important Payment Platform Changes
Campbell University has transitioned to a new eCommerce platform beginning November 17, 2025. PayMyTuition platform is replacing Touchnet.
- Monitor your email, text messages, and social media for more information.
- Banking and payment card information cannot be transferred or migrated from TouchNet to PayMytuition. Students and families will need to reenter their information into the PayMyTuition portal.
- Spring 2026 monthly pay plans are only offered through PayMyTuition.
- Enroll in eRefunding via the PayMyTuition portal.
- Add your authorized user to the PayMyTuition portal, if a parent or guardian will be making payments on your behalf.

Ways To Pay
Parents and guardians cannot access TouchNet unless their student adds them as an Authorized User.
The TouchNet payment gateway accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, associated debit cards and e-checks. Payments made online are applied to the student’s account immediately.
Parent/Authorized User Payment GatewayStudents can only access the PayMyTuition payment center through their Self-Service portal.
Student Payment GatewayPay through the PayMyTuition Portal.
International Payment GatewayEffective July 1, 2021, the Campbell University Bursar’s Office no longer accepts credit or debit card payments in the McLeod Admissions and Financial Aid Center.
Credit/debit card payments are only accepted online through the PayMyTuition payment portal. Campbell University will continue to accept cash and check payments in the Bursar’s Office.
Cash and check payments on a student account may be made on the second floor of the McLeod Admissions and Financial Aid Center at 40 T.T. Lanier Street, Buies Creek, NC.
