Utilize your wisdom and experience to develop emerging leaders in China

  • Connect and engage with faculty and students at partnering universities
  • Serve eager, emerging leaders and help them to take “next steps” in their own development
  • Share wisdom in your areas of expertise
  • Help Campbell to build partnerships that will aid our students back home and increase Campbell’s global footprint
  • View incredible sights while also learning about the culture, through the friendships you develop
International Group

Who can go?

Do you have a heart to serve? Hundreds of Americans have participated in these trips from all walks of life and from all kinds of experiences.

  • If you are a professional in a particular field, our university partners may want you to speak to their students.
  • If you lack professional experience you deem worthy, there are many opportunities to just share life and your experience in relationships, parenting, conflict resolution, interviewing for jobs, finding purpose in life etc. etc.

What will I do?

Some of the common activities on these trips:

  1. Give a seminar on an area of expertise to university students or faculty
  2. Conduct mock interviews (in English) to help students prepare to interview at int’l companies
  3. Participate in “English Corners” where you will converse with students desiring to improve their English
  4. Dine with university students or leaders over excellent Chinese cuisine
  5. Small group discussions where you answer questions about life in the U.S, your values etc.
  6. Tour three major cities
