Renewing Academic Accommodations

If you wish to renew your academic accommodations, use the following process each semester/term:

  1. Complete a Letter of Accommodation Request for each semester/term.
  2. Obtain and distribute necessary forms to notify instructors or staff of the accommodations approved.

Please remember that accommodations are not provided until approved and are not retroactive in nature. We encourage you to begin the process well ahead of the time you will need your accommodations to avoid delays.
