Supportive Measures

All requests for Supportive Measures related to sex discrimination and other sexual harm must be made to the Title IX Coordinator. Requests may be made directly to the Title IX Coordinator, Danielle Evans, at 910-893-1217 or titleix@campbell.edu, or by submitting the online Title IX Sexual Harm & Sex Discrimination Reporting Form.

Supportive Measures are designed to restore or preserve equal access to the education program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party. Supportive Measures related to a sex discrimination are available to students, staff, and faculty, through the Title IX Coordinator.

Supportive Measures may be implemented at any time, and do not require a formal complaint to be submitted. Regardless of where or when the sexual misconduct incident(s) occurred, Supportive Measures may be requested by an impacted Campbell community member and are customized to meet individual needs and circumstances. Supportive Measures offered include, but are not limited to, connection to resources and support related to:

Many academic and wellness related Supportive Measures may be provided, and without any notification to the other party involved in the Title IX matter. However, some Supportive Measures may necessarily require a notification to the other party, such as a Mutual No-Contact Order or Educational Conversation. To better understand which Supportive Measures are right for those affected, a meeting with the Title IX Coordinator is encouraged to discuss concerns, needs, and ask questions.

Some requests for safety or wellness Supportive Measures may be in the form of providing contact information for on-campus or local resources.
