We are your resource for design and printing needs.
In addition to on-campus services through University Communications & Marketing, we have several approved freelance designers who can assist you with various jobs and help you create any document of type that can be printed on paper, such as newsletters, booklets or mailers.
Turnaround time for these projects range from two to five weeks, depending on the project’s complexity. All design services should be coordinated through Creative Services.
Business Cards & Stationery
NOTE: The visual elements are strictly applied based on the University’s style guide, which is approved by the Campbell University president and cabinet. Visual elements on business cards and stationery may not be modified by anyone, including Creative Services.
Creative Services outsources photography sessions. Schedule photography needs through Tina Parker, photography coordinator, at 910-814-5743. If we are working on a design for you that includes photography, we will coordinate it for you.
Allow us to coordinate your printing, binding and finishing requests with our team of approved print partners. Submit your documents as a hard copy, on a thumb drive or as a PDF via email. Allow time for production and delivery. Please submit a requisition with the correct department code for all printing services.
Posters and Signage
Our approved print partners can also assist with posters and promotion for your upcoming event. Either submit a design request or submit your documents as a hard copy, on a thumb drive or as a PDF via email. Allow time for production and delivery.
Submit your files early. Please allow 1-2 business days for a request to be fulfilled. Special stock or binding requests may take additional time.
Submit a Print-Ready File
As we will be working with outside print vendors, faculty and other campus units will be required to submit a print-ready pdf file with their requests. If you have multiple file types (.ppt, .pdf, .doc), be sure you have converted them to a PDF file to print in your desired order.
You will be responsible for storing your own files for future reprints. Faculty are encouraged to store syllabi on Blackboard. Contact IT Services with questions about storage options.
Printed Materials Will be Delivered to Your Offices by the Vendor
As part of the initial requisition, campus clients will be asked for a mailing address. Printed items will be delivered by the vendor directly to the department.
Personal Paid Requests Are No Longer Supported
While we are no longer supporting work orders unrelated to official Campbell University business, we can offer a list of area printers who may be able to support your needs.
This applies to private camp materials, student study guides and faculty course materials that are not charged to the department.
