Harnett County Tuition-Free Guarantee

Introducing a bold initiative that covers 100 percent of undergraduate tuition for eligible Harnett County students.

Beginning fall 2026, new, first-year, full-time students who reside in Harnett County will receive 100% tuition coverage for up to four years (eight semesters).
