Campbell University provides all full-time employees with Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance at no cost to you. Employees are automatically covered at 1x your annual earnings, up to a maximum of $150,000, which is new for 2018! Please make sure the Human Resources department has your designated beneficiary for this plan.
Employees are also eligible to elect Supplemental Life and ADD&D Insurance for yourselves and your dependents. Employees pay the full cost for this plan; premiums will be deducted from your paycheck.
- Employee life benefits in increments of $10,000 to a maximum of $500,000, with a guarantee issue of $150,000.
- Spouse life benefit in increments of $5,000 to a maximum of $250,000, with a guarantee issue of $25,000.
- Child life benefits $2,000 increments to a maximum of $10,000 with guarantee issue of $10,000. Coverage: birth to age 19 or 24 if full time student.
