Domestic Students
Domestic students requesting student Hospitalization/Sickness Insurance should enroll online with First Agency, Inc. With your enrollment, the Business Office will bill your student account the cost of the insurance premium and remit payment on your behalf to First Agency, Inc. The Business Office will contact students when insurance cards become available for pickup.
Domestic students wishing to enroll in the Campbell University Hospitalization/Sickness Insurance plan, or students requesting additional information should visit the Domestic Student Zone.

International Students
Effective fall 2010, international students are required to purchase Hospitalization/Sickness Insurance. International students will be automatically enrolled into the insurance plan by the Business Office. The cost of insurance coverage will be charged to your student account. The Business Office will remit payment to the insurance company on your behalf and contact you when insurance cards become available. Once students receive their “Certificate of Insurance”, students will have access to the “International Student Zone” for additional information and online forms.
