MEMORANDUM FOR CAMPBELL BATTALION CADRE AND CADETS

SUBJECT:  Policy Letter #6, Order of Merit List

1.  Creating an Order of Merit for University ROTC Cadets will not be subjective, but rather systematically done supported by empirical data concerning the cadet’s performance based on the following areas and the following scale:

2.  Campus CER Standings will be based on the following criteria:

-          Participation and Attendance (Labs, FTXs etc.)

-          Leadership Positions/Performance/Responsibility

-          FTX Performance

-          Blue Cards/Spot Reports

-          Self Development efforts/Progress

-          Extra-curricular Activities

-          Volunteerism including community service

-          Potential

-          Military Science Grade

3.  After implementing this point scale, any cadets with equal points will be put in order by the Professor Military Science.
