Lashmit and Royster named
Employees of the Month
Jerry S. Lashmit and Rhonda Royster were honored recently as Campbell
University’s Physical Plant Employees of the Month for July 2005. Lashmit was
named Maintenance Employee of the Month and Royster was named Housekeeping
Employee of the Month.
Randall Johnson, interim director of the Physical
Plant, awarded both employees plaques, a recognition pin and meal certificates.
They, along with all other monthly honorees, will be eligible for the 2005
Physical Plant Employee of the Year Award presented at the end of the year.
Jerry Lashmit, of Erwin, N.C., has been a Campbell
employee for one year. He works in the Carpentry Shop. He has two children. In
his spare time, Lashmit enjoys sports, camping, fishing and motorcycle riding.
Rhonda Royster, of Angier, N.C., has been a Campbell
employee for 10 years. She is a lead person responsible for housekeeping
services for 25 percent of the buildings on campus. She has three children. In
her spare time, she enjoys traveling and working in her garden.
