Fye and Burnett Named Employees of the Month

Burnett were named Employees of the Month for May.

Kenneth Fye and Barbara Burnett were honored recently as Campbell University’s Physical Plant Employees of the Month for May 2004. Fye was chosen Maintenance Employee of the Month, while Burnett was named Housekeeping Employee of the Month.

Physical Plant director Jim Roberts awarded employees plaques, a recognition pin, and meal certificates. They, along with all other monthly honorees, will be eligible for the 2004 Physical Plant Employee of the Year Award presented at the end of the year.

Kenneth Fye, of Coats, NC, has been a Campbell employee for 10 years, working in the Painting Department. He and his wife, Debbie, are the parents of six children, Cyndy, Justin, Nathanial, Joanna, Leah, and Hope. In his spare time, Fye enjoys woodworking, crafts, hiking, and canoeing.

Barbara Burnett, of Lillington, NC, has been a Campbell employee for two-and-one-half years. She works in Day Hall and on the third floor of the Science Building. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in church activities.
