Gaskins elected to Presidential Board of Advisors
Stephen W. Gaskins, of Bladenboro, NC, has been elected to Campbell University’s
Presidential Board of Advisors. Gaskins is the Director of Investment Management
at Old North State Trust, LLC.
Gaskins graduated from Campbell University in 1981 with
a Bachelor of Business Administration in Trust. Previously, he served as the
immediate past president of the National Alumni Association Board of Directors.
He has also served on the Divinity School Advisory Council at Campbell
University and is currently a member of the Lundy Fetterman School of Business
Advisory Council and the Fighting Camel Club Advisory Board.
Gaskins serves as a Sunday school teacher and a member
of the worship committee at First Baptist Church of Wilmington. He has also been
a board member of the Cape Fear Council of Boy Scouts of America and the
Community Foundation of Southeastern North Carolina. In addition, he has served
as a member of the New Hanover Estate Planning Council.
He is married to the former Karen Forlidas of
Charlotte, NC. They have a four-year-old son, Charles “Chase” Gaskins.
