Stevens and Taylor Named Employees of the Month
Gene Stevens and Ernest Taylor were honored recently as Campbell University’s
Physical Plant Employees of the Month for March 2005. Stevens was chosen
Maintenance Employee of the Month and Taylor was named Housekeeping Employee of
the Month.
Human Resources director, Gloria Latta, awarded the employees plaques, a
recognition pin, and meal certificates. They, along with all other monthly
honorees, will be eligible for the 2005 Physical Plant Employee of the Year
Award presented at the end of the year.
Gene Stevens, of Dunn, NC, has been a Campbell employee
for 5 years. He works in the Paint Department. He and his wife, Kitty, are the
parents of two daughters, Hollie Parnell and Misty Stevens. They also have two
grandsons. In his spare time, Gene enjoys fishing, riding his motorcycle, and
spending time with his family.
Ernest Taylor, of Lillington, NC, has been a Campbell
employee for over 12 years. He works in D. Rich Memorial Hall. In his spare
time, he enjoys working in the yard.
