Student enjoys internships

Campbell University’s Beth Glover, a junior mass communication major, chats with Ken Buckner of Trailblazers Studio in Raleigh at a recent meeting of the Triangle Advertising Club. A native of the Winston-Salem area, Glover spent the summer as an intern with The Woodbine Agency ad firm in Winston-Salem. The summer following her freshman year, she worked in the public relations department at Trans World Radio in Cary. "I really enjoyed meeting the advertising and communication professionals and seeing that there is an array of jobs in the field," Glover said. "I made some great contacts." Buckner suggested Beth consider working as an intern with Trailblazers, a company that produces TV commercials and much more.
