Congratulations on your new position. You will do well as you have done in the classroom. I don’t know you personally but I am acquainted with your dad. He was the Human Resources Director for Harnett County Schools for many years and I did that initial interview with him in August 1985. This was before the days of being super technical with interviews. His first question to me before getting to the real meat of the subject was Did I like fishing? Great question, the answer was obviously a big yes. I saw him the other day with Harvey Eldridge on WRAL in the Tarheel Traveler segment on Sherry’s Bakery. Again good luck and may God be with you in this new position.
