Congratulations. The new medical school will be a great asset to North Carolina. I especially applaud Campbell’s decision to develop an osteopathic school. The traditional high percentage of D.O.s who enter primary care specialties should produce graduates who help fill the critical physician shortage. Clearly, a well-thought out, strategic decision by the university administration. Steve Prescott, J.D, Ph.D.
