Please note the following housing information before the beginning of school:
Returning students can cancel their room assignment in the Residence Halls and Apartments until June 1st without a cancellation fee. After June 1st, all returning students will be charged $250.00 for a late cancellation fee.
New students are allowed to cancel their housing without any cancellation fees. All enrollment deposit refund requests should be submitted to the Undergraduate Admissions Office.
After school starts:
The University houses students for the period of one academic year. During this time, students are not allowed to move off-campus. Anyone who moves off-campus within the academic year will be charged $750.00 for a breach of the University Housing Agreement. Students are allowed to move within university housing without any penalty charges.
