All Fitness Classes will begin on Wednesday, August 19th.
All fitness classes are open to students, faculty & staff with a current Campbell University ID

PiYo LIVE Instructor
Class Description: PiYo LIVE combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You'll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted movements to define every single muscle--big or small. We'll crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique.
About Me: I am a fitness and nutrition coach, fitness instructor, and mom who LOVES to help others reach their fitness goals. I was an educator for 7 years, relocated here from New York (best decision EVER), and have been teaching PiYo for a year. I look forward to meeting all of you!

Power Pilates Instructor
Class Description: Power Pilates is an energizing workout that allows you to push yourself through controlled, precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen lean muscle all to a twist of house music. It will leave you feeling sweaty and satisfied as you watch your goals bloom. If you are wanting lean and toned muscle while finding how truly strong you are, this is the class for you! This class is open to all and I hope to see you there!
About Me: Hello there! I am the new Power Pilates instructor here at Campbell. I will not bore you of my whole life story, but here are some things about myself. I’m a marketing major who loves health, coffee, Jesus, and anything with a vintage twist. I love meeting new people and being a helpful part in any way possible, so do not hesitate to talk with me after class. I look forward to meeting all of your beautiful faces and hope to make this class a spectacular experience!
Yoga with Martha
Class Description: Christian Yoga Class – A Spiritual Practice. This class is open to all (general public and Campbell University students & faculty/staff). I focus on posture, breathing, relaxation and meditation with God. Those who want to improve their flexibility and strength, relax body and mind should attend my class.
About Me: I graduated from Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC with a BA in Mass Communication and a minor in Computer Information Systems. I received my yoga certification from the NC School of Yoga in Raleigh, NC. I have also taught classes on health and wellness at SchoolDude University, the annual conference of SchoolDude.com where I have served on the Marketing Team for years. I am a member at the Buies Creek First Baptist Church. I lead the Handbell Choir and also sing in the choir.

Class Description: Constantly varied functional training building community and competition. This class is designed to get you in the best shape of your life, while working as a team to complete major obstacles and goals.

Arms and Abs Instructor
Class Description: Strengthen and tone your upper body and core in this invigorating class using body weight resistance, dumbbells, and so much more!
