Holding Fitness Center will be CLOSED for Fall Break, October 2nd-5th. We will reopen on Monday, October 6th with normal hours.
The fitness program within the Department of Campus Recreation allows you as a student the opportunity to workout in a multitude of different ways.
In the Holding Fitness Center located within the John W. Pope Convocation Center you can climb on one of our many treadmills, elpiticals or bikes to maximize your cardio workout. You can also complete a circuit within our strength equipment or the free weights.
In the Carter Free Weight room within Carter Gym, you can get a workout by using any of the free weights in this facility completely dedicated to "pumping iron".
Also in Carter Gym you can participate in any of our FREE fitness classes with offerings in Yoga, Zumba, X-Fit and Cardio Challenge. Check out the tab labeled "Aerobics" to learn more.
