Fitness

Holding Fitness Center will be CLOSED for Spring Break (February 28th-March 8th). We will be closing our facility at 5pm on Friday, February 27th. Holding Fitness Center is scheduled to reopen at 6am on Monday, March 9th.


The Fitness program within the Department of Campus Recreation allows you as a student the opportunity to workout in a multitude of different ways.

Secret Shoppers

SECRET SHOPPERS NEEDED: in an effort to keep our program top notch, we are looking for students, faculty, and staff that are willing to “secret shop” our Group Exercise classes, Holding Student Fitness Center, and Carter Gym Free Weight Room.
