Faithe is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Music Education. She received her Master of Divinity Degree from Campbell University Divinity School in 2003. She was the Director of Student Services at Campbell Divinity School before serving in Campus Ministry.  Before coming to Campbell, Rev. Beam served as Minister of Music and Education at Zion Baptist Church in Shelby, North Carolina.

Rev. Beam serves as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Religion teaching Introduction to Christianity courses.  In addition, she teaches a freshman seminar course through the Office of the First Year Experience.

Faithe is married to Tom, Student Missions Mobilization Consultant for Baptist Men of North Carolina.  They have one son, Patrick.  When Faithe is not on campus, she can be found spending time with her family.  She also enjoys reading, watching football, playing the violin and traveling.

One of Faithe's greatest joys is walking alongside students as they discover how God is present and at work in their lives.  Faithe and the Campus Ministry team are committed to creating space for students to express their love for God and love for neighbors.

Tracie is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Communication.  She spent many years working as a Buyer/Planner but longed for an opportunity to be part of a community where she felt she could make a positive difference.  She knew her prayers had been answered when she had the opportunity to become part of the Campbell University Campus Ministry staff in 2012.  Tracie provides a wide variety of support to the Campus Ministry staff and especially enjoys event planning and interfacing with other departments on campus.  Her greatest joy comes from working with students in any capacity.

Tracie and her husband, Tony, live in Fuquay-Varina and have four children.  Tracie enjoys date nights with her husband, spending time with her children and relaxing with friends and family.  In her free time, she can be found clogging in a near-by studio, knitting or reading a good book.


Louisa Monroe Ward – Associate Minister

Louisa is a graduate of Meredith College with a degree in Music. She received her Master of Divinity degree from Campbell University Divinity School in 2014. 

Louisa is married to Tyler, Minister for Sharing Christ at Forest Hills Baptist Church. When not on campus Louisa loves to spend time with her family at White Lake and make regular trips to the Farmer's Market in Raleigh. Louisa is an avid reader and she loves outdoor concerts, mom-and-pop grocery stores and can always talk about Mad Men, Downton Abby, Duke basketball and her love for all things related to her alma mater. 

One of Rev. Ward's greatest joys is helping the students, faculty and staff at Campbell experience God through worship opportunities. Through this calling she seeks to encourage, to build relationships, and to help students to become leaders and discover their own calling. 


Jordan Tripp – Graduate Assistant

Jordan is a 2013 graduate of Campbell University with a B.A. in History with a minor in Spanish.  He is currently enrolled in Campbell's Divinity school where he is pursuing a Master of Divinity degree.  Before joining the Campus Ministry staff, Jordan worked as a student checker for Connections during the school year and as a summer camp counselor at the John 3:16 Center in Littleton, NC. 

Jordan is from the little town of Weldon, NC, known as the Rockfish Capital of the World.  He is an avid sports fan, throwing his support in favor of such teams as the Washington Redskins, Atlanta Braves, North Carolina Tar Heels, and, most importantly the Campbell Fighting Camels.  In addition to sports, he also enjoys listening to music (especially any song by Bruce Springsteen), meeting new people and playing board games.

As Jordan works with Campus Ministry, his primary focus will be in Mission Opportunities for students, both during the school year and the summer.  He will also serve as the advisor of the student led ministry group, Ignite.  He is especially excited about this new opportunity to work with students and help them to find God's calling in their life as he is uncovering his own.

Cameron is a 2014 graduate of Campbell University with a B.S. in Psychology. During his tenure as an undergraduate, Cameron was heavily involved in Campus Ministry.  Over the past three summers, he has worked on staff at Camp Caraway and Deep Impact, which are two summer missions programs through the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina.  Cameron is now currently enrolled at Campbell's Divinity School where he is pursuing a Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Counseling and Chaplaincy.

Cameron is from the small town of Hamlet which is located in the southeastern part of North Carolina.  His biggest hobby is his love for sports.  His favorite teams include: Campbell Camels, North Carolina Tarheels, Charlotte Hornets, Carolina Hurricanes and most importantly the Carolina Panthers.  Cameron also loves music.  As an undergraduate, he sang in the Campbell University Choir and Campbell Voices and helped lead worship for Campus Ministry.  Cameron is engaged to his wonderful fiance Katy, and they are set to be married in May of 2015.

Cameron loves getting to meet new people and is excited about the new relationships he'll be able to form through his role as a graduate assistant.  His responsibilities include: liaison for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Renewal Teams Coordinator and Leadership Facilitator for Ministry Groups.  Cameron looks forward to the new opportunities to serve and minister to the students of Campbell University and the experience he will gain as he looks to share the love of Christ. 


Abbi Davis – Community Engagement Coordinator

Abbi is a 2012 graduate of North Carolina State University where she received a B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies. She is a 2015 candidate to receive her Master of Divinity degree here at Campbell University Divinity School, with a concentration in Christian Education and Counseling and Chaplaincy. Before joining the Campus Ministry staff, Abbi served as the Director of Children’s Ministries at First Baptist Church of Goldsboro.

When not studying or serving with the office, Abbi also serves a Resident Chaplain in Small Hall where she loves being the presence of Christ in the midst of residence life for freshman females. She thrives from time spent with close family and friends, especially at Oak Island or on her family farm in Fremont, North Carolina. As a product of a small rural town in eastern North Carolina, Abbi has a great appreciation for community and the family found within friends. She grew up dancing and loves to cheer for her alma mater any chance she gets. She is a lover of all things pink, glittery, and HGTV, but can hold her own in conversations concerning football, baseball, and farm life.

Abbi has a passion for helping others as she shares the love of Christ with them though her words and actions. She has a calling for youth and non-profits, and looks forward to the opportunity to be in service with the community in and around Campbell University. She is excited to build new relationships among the family of Campbell and to grow in Christ among all those she works alongside in this position.
