On average 900 scholarships are awarded each year, The first class of the Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine arrived in August ’13. 160 students from more than 30 states make up the class of 2017, $16.3 million in total gifts and pledges were given in 2012-2013, 95% of Campbell’s faculty and staff contributed through our employee giving campaign, 88% of our students receive financial aid, Campbell Law School moved into the top tier for law schooled and collected its highest ever ranking as released by U.S. News & World Report. Campbell is listed as 126th out of 149 ranked schools, +4k donors generously contributed in 2012-2013, Campbell’s Physician Assistant program graduated all 34 members of its charter class in December ’13

On January 5, 2015 Campbell University turned 128 years old. Founded as Buies Creek Academy in 1887, the academy grew into a junior college in 1926, a senior college in 1963, and a university in 1979. The story is remarkable, and the beginnings modest:
