Recently completed projects include the John W. Projects completed in 2010 include a new athletic track and renovations to Wiggins Hall to house the Carrie Rich Undergraduate Library. Construction is underway on a new dormitory for female students with plans for completion by the Fall semester of 2010.

The next major project will involve preparations for a new Physician Assistant program scheduled to enroll the first class of students in August of 2011.
