Britt Davis was named Vice President for Institutional Advancement & Assistant to the President in January 2011. In this role, he leads the university’s Development, Alumni Relations, Communications & Marketing, and Admissions departments. He also represents the Campbell president’s office in different capacities, including serving as a liaison to various university constituencies and representing the president on university committees and at special events. Prior to this appointment Davis served as Director of Development for the university’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law (2007-2010).

Wood began his career at Campbell University as Director of Church and Community Relations. He has provided leadership in developing significant resources for the divinity school since its founding. December, 2013, marked the beginning of his twenty-first year as a member of the Institutional Advancement Department. Prior to joining Campbell, Wood held numerous positions during his career, including interim superintendent, with the Cumberland County Public Schools, before retiring in 1993.

Following his graduation from Campbell University in 1983, Doug earned his Master of Divinity degree and served churches in Virginia, Arkansas and North Carolina and in 1997; he joined the Advancement/Alumni Relations team. Doug leads in engaging alumni with their alma mater as well as overseeing the advancement database management system. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Campbell University National Alumni Association.
Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement
Jonathan joined the alumni relations team in June 2014. He assists in the development of new chapters, manages and cultivates alumni volunteers. Jonathan also manages and directs the work of the Young Alumni Council, along with young alumni and student-alumni activities. Additionally, he assists with on-campus events and coordinates various communication channels for alumni.
Jonathan received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Master of Science in Public Health from Campbell University. He currently resides in Lillington.

A Government major and graduate of Campbell’s College of Arts & Sciences, Dawn joined the staff in November of 2002 as a member of the Human Resources Department. She later was promoted to Executive Administrative Assistant to President Jerry Wallace and then to Assistant Vice President for Corporate & Foundation Relations. In her current role, Dawn works with faculty, staff, and students on government, private foundation, and corporate grants and other opportunities.

Susan Litton is a 1987 graduate of Campbell University and has been with the Institutional Advancement team since 1999. She oversees the administration of the Institutional Advancement Department, provides support for special projects, and manages prospect research for all university development officers.
Director of Annual Giving
Sarah Swain joined the Advancement team in August 2013. She works to increase annual gifts to the University through alumni participation and employee and student philanthropy. Following her graduation from Campbell in 2005, Swain worked as an income development officer for the American Cancer Society in Eastern NC.
Director of Development, Law School
Trudi A. Brown was named director of development at Campbell Law School on April 23, 2012. Brown brings more than 10 years’ experience in fundraising, event management, and volunteer and board relations to the law school. She most recently served at NC State University’s Poole College of Management as director of development and external relations.
Associate Athletics Director for Advancement
A twenty-two year veteran on the Campbell Athletics staff, Tony Delp joined Campbell University as Assistant AD for External Affairs in July 1991. He was promoted in 2007 to Associate AD for Advancement where he oversees athletics development including The Fighting Camel Club. The Fighting Camel Club assists Campbell University Athletics by providing support for building, enhancing and maintaining athletics facilities and assists with the funding of athletics grant-in-aide. Prior to coming to Campbell, Delp worked in various fundraising and marketing positions with Southern Boosters, Inc., the fundraising arm of Georgia Southern Athletics in Statesboro, GA and served on US Senator Jesse Helms’ Washington DC staff.
Assistant Vice President for Institutional Advancement
Jason Gipe was named Assistant Vice President for Institutional Advancement in March of 2014. In this role, he engages alumni and philanthropic friends to enrich relationships with the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business as well as the larger university community. He brings more than eight years of development experience and leadership to Campbell, and has most recently held positions at North Carolina State University and Barton College.
Director of Development
College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences
Rich Koepcke joined Campbell University as the Director of Development of the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in 2010. Koepcke brings more than 10 years of experience in fundraising, capital campaign management and strategy, and nonprofit volunteer and board relations to his position at Campbell. Prior to joining Campbell, Koepcke was a Senior Consultant for two of the Southeast’s leading fundraising consulting firms.
Alumni Data Coordinator
Revonda started with Campbell in our copy center in 2004. She currently supports the alumni relations office by serving as the Alumni Board of Director Secretary, updating alumni records, assisting with alumni gatherings, and coordinates weddings for Campbell’s Butler Chapel.
Alumni Data Coordinator
Angela started working at Campbell University in 2004 as an office assistant in our financial aid office. She joined the alumni relations team in 2005, where she currently maintains our Alumni website, prepares the class notes for the Campbell Magazine and helps update alumni records. She also assists with alumni gatherings.
Assistant Director of Records
Terri Shrieves began working at Campbell in August 1998 at the Bookstore Snack Bar. She moved to the Financial Aid Office in May 2000 where she was a Loan Coordinator and eventually an Assistant Director. In 2007, Shrieves joined the Advancement team as a records clerk and assumed her current position of Assistant Director of Records in August 2008.
