The Campbell University Center for Church and Community will convene and connect clergy from rural and underserved communities to develop greater internal capacities for personal growth, skill development for leadership, and strategies and tactics for connecting with community leadership.

The Fellowship for Clergy in Rural and Underserved Areas cohort will utilize four retreat gatherings, peer learning groups, webinars and faith-based coaching to bolster clergy well-being, friendship and spiritual growth. Acceptance into the program comes with full coverage of the costs of the program, including retreats, coaching, travel, meals and materials. Additionally, participants are guaranteed a community stimulus grant for their congregation ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 pending a competitive application process.
