Recommendation Letter

If you would like to get an favorable evaluation from me, you must meet one of the following criteria:

1. You are my advisee for at least more than a semester.

2. You have taken (or are taking) two or more of my courses (either lecture or laboratory).

3. You had enough communication with me so that I know you enough academically and personally.

Fill-out the request form for letter of recommendation with as much information as possible!

If you do not meet one of the above criteria, you might not get a fair evaluation.
