Carpentry, Painting & Lock Shop
Carpentry
The carpentry shop consists of a Maintenance Superintendent and 5 staff members. This staff is set up to perform general repairs to all building components. They operate with a full cabinet shop and can design, construct, and install most any cabinetry needed, as well as some furniture needs. All roofing is also handled by this department.
Painting
Painting is responsible for general painting and paint maintenance across campus both inside and outside.
Lock Shop
The lock shop consists of two fulltime staff, a licensed locksmith and an apprentice. The lock shop does all lock and key installation and maintenance, as well as all electronic lock and card access systems. All records of access control are maintained by the staff.
