SNCAE - Student North Carolina Association of Educators

The local chapter of Student North Carolina Association of Educators (SNCAE) at Campbell University became nationally affiliated with the North Carolina National development of its member's educational professionalism so that they may become effective problem solvers in their chosen fields. Any education major enrolled full-time at Campbell University may join SNCAE.
Organizational activities include art exhibits with local public schools, presentations by invited speakers and community outreach projects. The group was involved in a special community outreach project helping victims of Hurricane Floyd in the spring of 2000. The group traveled to Princeville Elementary School wit donated supplies for the student body. SNCAE members had the opportunity to spend a day with students and faculty of the school. Members have since maintained pen pal relationships with Princeville students.
