Graduate Students in the School of Education can access Web Access Online to obtain the following information:

Campbell WebAccess – Is located at http://wa.campbell.edu.  Below is a listing of the services currently available.

New to WebAccess – Instructions on how to log in for the first time.

What's my User ID? – Requests the last name and either SSN or Student ID# and then displays the WebAccess User ID.

What's my Password? - Requests the last name and either SSN or Student ID# and then displays their Campbell University email address and will email the password to them when they click Submit.

Change Password - Allows users to either display their password hint if they have one or to have their password reset and emailed to their Campbell University email address.

Online Registration - Allows students to search and register online for classes that they are qualified for in the system.  Prerequisites and overload restrictions will apply.  Students who do not meet eligibility will have to register in person.

Grades – Student chooses a term and clicks Submit to see final grades and semester GPA. 

Transcript Course Listing – Student chooses their academic level and clicks Submit to see a listing of all courses and grades that would print on their official transcript.  Total Earned Credits, Total Grade Points, and Cumulative GPA are also displayed. 

Official Transcript Request – Adobe Acrobat (pdf) document that the student may print out, fill out and mail-in. 

Graduation Application - Adobe Acrobat (pdf) document that the student may print out, fill out and mail-in. 

Test Summary – Displays Admission, Placement, and Other Tests that the student has submitted to the University for either admission or credit. 

My Class Schedule – The student is allowed to select a term and view their current class schedule to include course id#, meeting information, credits, and start date.  If they click on the course they can see detailed course information to include the faculty member’s name and email address if it is in the system. 

My Profile – Displays personal demographic and academic information which is in the system.    

Search for Classes – For a given term a person may search for active classes in the system by various criteria to include campus, days, subjects, etc…  It displays Term, Status (Open/Closed), Section Name and Title, Location, Meeting Information, Faculty, and Credits. 

Program Evaluation – Provides a report of required courses, courses completed, and courses remaining for graduation.  A disclaimer emphasizes that the report is in no way a written contract. 

Leadership Transcript – Displays scholarships, academic honors, campus organizations, and volunteer information.  The volunteer information is maintained by the individual student.  Official reports will be available through Student Life. 

My Account Summary – Allows the student to see total charges, total payments, financial aid payments, sponsored payments, payment plans, refunds, and the total amount currently due to be paid or refunded. 

My Account Summary by Term – Allows the student to see charges, student payments, financial aid payments, financial aid remaining, sponsor payments, payment plans and total payments within a specific term.
