Proclamation (2-3) Choose at least one of the following:

DIV4342            Great Preachers and Their Preaching (3)
DIV6141            Teaching the Bible with Adults and Youth (3)
DIV4301            The Delivery of Sermons (2),
or
DIV4310            Advanced Preaching Workshop (2)
DIV4340            Preaching and Teaching the Great Themes of the Bible (3)
DIV4421            Communicating with Congregation and Community (2)
DIV4422            The Ministry of Writing (2)

Praxis (2-3) Choose at least one of the following:

DIV6140            Teaching Biblical Principles and Theological Concepts (3)
Practicum in applied theology or ethics
Practicum in writing the history of a church
Independent study or research project in a historical or theological topic

Choose to complete hours (3-5):

DIV1311            Greek II (3)
DIV1331            Hebrew II (3)
DIV6000             Introduction to Christian Education (3)
DIV6010            Christian Education and Faith Development (3)
DIV6320            Biblical and Theological Foundations for Age Group Ministry (2)
Advanced Bible book courses
Any course listed in the sections above beyond requirement for that section 

NOTE: Courses used to satisfy core requirements cannot be counted toward concentration hours. 

Students in this concentration are strongly encouraged to complete the requirements for graduating with Biblical Languages.
