Introduction
The Pharmaceutical Education & Research Center (PERC), as part of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Campbell University’s College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, offers a wide variety of formulation and analytical development services for pharmaceutical industry, as well as services for compounding pharmacies. The facility houses the Centers of Excellence for Preformulation, Analytical R&D and Formulation Development. PERC operates out of a 6,800 sq. ft. facility which houses the same technology and equipment currently utilized in the pharmaceutical industry.
The Center also functions to develop advanced academic and research programs. Graduate students in the Pharmaceutical Sciences program are able to engage in innovative and challenging research with state-of-the-art instrumentation.
