The PA program admits students on a rolling basis so applicants are encouraged to apply early. The application deadline is Jan. 15 with priority given to candidates who complete their application by Nov 1.
- Complete a CASPA Application This includes submitting three letters of recommendation, a personal statement, health care experience hours and official transcripts to CASPA.
- Complete a Supplemental Application This includes submitting a recent photo, current resume and $50 application fee
- Submit GRE score report. Applicants are required to send an official GRE score report directly to the CPHS Admissions Office using the code 4575.
