Students interested in pursuing the dual degree must gain acceptance into both programs. Upon acceptance into the PharmD program, the applicant submits an application to the MBA program and a written request to forward his or her PharmD application to the business school. This written request must be sent by email to Lindsay Blackmon, admissions coordinator, at email@example.com.
All PharmD materials must be received by March 1. If applicant plans to take the MBA summer course, the MBA application deadline is June 15. Without the summer course, the MBA application deadline is July 15.

2. Complete a supplemental application
This includes a passport size photo and $50 application fee.
3. If applying for a dual program, applicant must also provide a personal essay explaining his or her interest in the dual program.
